* The Hike trails are strenuous and intended for the fit only.

* Seminar participants are responsible for the personal provision of drinking water, hats, comfortable clothes, appropriate footwear and backpack.

* Seminar cost: 390 nis

* The seminar requires a minimum of 20 participants.
